The Obamacare Rollout Appears to be Designed by and for Dirtbags

The Sexual Revolution was the best thing to ever happen to human pigs.  The HHS Mandate just dialed it up to 11.

Please tell me someone on the right is trolling. There’s no way these people have this little self-awareness and/or conscience and/or shame.

Look: it can’t be easy to sell an incredibly expensive insurance product to young people who don’t need it in order to underwrite the vast medical bills of the older folks who do. Yoyos Got Insurance is probably the best marketing campaign anyone could have come up with under those constraints. “Uh, dude. Why do I need insurance again?” “Well, you do like to sit on kegs, don’t you, my good man? Now supposing one of those kegs should happen to fall over…”

  • Clare Krishan

there’s plenty more where those came from: statewide in one of the few running their own exchanges, credit goes to ProgressNow Colorado Education

Here’s a Youtube clip of Oregon’s hippy-dippy enrollment propaganda “we care about the same things” (aka legal-assisted suicide culture of death):

ie the hedge fund for the generation getting shafted by us the baby boomers who aborted their siblings will be the mandated annual euthanasia-wellness visit after age 65 ie only healthy people will be permitted to claim medicare, frail elderly will be rationed as medicaid-funded resources allow – need a rehab bed after a stroke? Join the waiting list for nursing home-vacators… )

  • Spastic Hedgehog

My God, does no one care about GRAMMAR ANYMORE?!?

    • Thomas Leith

      No one at all…

    • Jon W

Relax, Spastic. We got it covered.

    • Rebecca Fuentes

      I do. Pick me!

  • Clare Krishan

“This is another example of the closing wonk gap:
Members of the general public figuring out facts about Obamacare that
policy wonks on both sides of the debate have known for years.”

  • PalaceGuard

‘Whose sons are as new plants in their youth: Their daughters decked out, adorned round about after the similitude of a temple: ” (Ps 144:12). And whose children are these, slouching to Bethlehem?

  • SteveP

Indeed the pigs have taken control; they need healthy young people to fund their Medicare. I do not know if this crass grab-at-the-groin will work the way they intended.

  • Barfly_Kokhba

That is the gayest-looking keg stand I have ever seen in my life.

  • Kate Bluett

Where is the semi-colon? “The pill doesn’t protect you from STDs, condoms and common sense do that.” A comma just doesn’t cut it, people!

Ahem: I suggest there is a distinct lack of brain behind these ads.

  • Joe

I would have considered this lame 10 years ago. Why do the think this would appeal to 20-somethings today?

  • Almario Javier

Sexist AND anti-Catholic. Why not make it a trifecta and go for racist, too, Colorado?

Note: This is sarcastic. I do not mean to condone or advocate additional sins.

    • TMLutas

You didn’t see the ad with the black kid, did you.

      • Almario Javier

OK, I saw it. Miserere nobis, Domine.

  • Elmwood

Those advertisements are awful, much like that granola-hippie folk music crap i always seem subjected to.

For some reason, i feel i want to beat everyone in these ads with a crowbar.

  • Advocate

The ad is far more accurate when viewed from the man’s perspective:

“OMG, she’s hot! Let’s hope she’s as easy to get as her birth control.
Her health insurance covers the pill, which means all I have to worry about
is getting her between the covers – and if I get her pregnant, there’s free abortion coverage, too.
I’ll get what I want. Now you can too, bro.
    Thanks Obamacare!
