Tuesday, July 28 at 1 PM at the Houston City Hall reflecting pool (901 Bagby) will be a press conference and rally to make feeding the homeless legal again. You can also sign up for City Council public speaking at 2 PM. If you wish to speak call the City Secretary at 832-393-1100 and ask to speak on the subject of “Giving and Receiving” for 3 minutes.
