Prayer Requests and Praise Reports

A reader writes:

Would people pray for my Grandma. She had been vomiting last Friday. The vomiting had stopped from Saturday up to Monday. Then it returned yesterday and today. My Grandma went to the doctors, was prescribed iron, and to drink a lot of fluids. The doctor has also requested she undergo an ultrasound. I hope, if they do find something, it’s easy, simple, and curable. Please pray for her.

Father, hear our prayer for her complete healing in body, soul, and spirit. Give her caregivers grace, compassion, wisdom, counsel, understanding, knowledge, creativity, insight, skill, and the proper technology to assist in that healing and give her and all who love her grace, peace, consolation, strength, faith, hope, and love. Mother Mary and St. Luke, pray for them. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

A reader writes me and Simcha Fisher:

Good news! Thanks be to God I have a job! I start on Monday.

You may not remember me, but I called on to your show a couple of weeks ago, and asked about struggling with finding a job, despair, et cetera…

You both gave me encouraging advice, and I want to thank you both.

I do not know if you and yours have been praying for me, but I appreciate it if you did!

For anyone who hasn’t heard yet, I am so sorry to share the sad news that Glenn Jones passed away yesterday morning.  There is a wonderful article about him here.  We will all miss this wonderful, gifted and dear friend.

May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace.  Mother Mary, pray for him.  We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Please pray for DIVINE JUSTICE to be decided by A HIGHER POWER than judges and lawyers that my wrongful eviction based in retaliation, money coercion and manipulations by “my landlady” who forced me to pay through the 6 years living with her what is her full responsibility and the way my landlady deceived me on the lease that I signed with her on 2009, deceived me paying a lot of money to her in cash for a pest control company and not giving me a receipt and now she is evicting me without just cause and no reason and I did nothing wrong to be punished with eviction and now I only have till July 31, 2015 to find a new place to live or be homeless after that date.

Father, hear our prayer for justice and forgiveness in this situation and, above all that this person quickly find affordable housing.  Mother Mary and St. Joseph, pray for all involved.  We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen!
