Two things

Two things June 9, 2009

First, thanks be to God and your prayers, Tasha is home from the hospital. It was, as they suspected, dehydration. So she’s enjoying a bit of pampering as pregnant mums should.

Second, I need to report the extreme awesomeness of my reader Maureen, who instantly came up with this timeless classic:

To the tune of “Poisoning Pigeons in the Park”:

Future’s now! Th-e future’s now!
Life is super, oh yes, and how!
I think it should take a bow; Wow for the now!
I do. Don’t you?
‘Course you do.
But the future would not be complete for us,
If space didn’t hold such a treat for us….

Lukewarm Jews will be foiled
By the orbiting mohel
With the NASA crop circle laserbeam,
And the Swiss Ninja Guard
Makes assassins’ days marred
With the NASA crop circle laserbeam.

When they see it coming, the farmers all try ‘n’ hide,
But the corn can’t run off from a laser that’s arsenide.
So the beam’s shining bright,
but it’s hid from your sight
It’s the NASA crop circle laserbeam!
