We just got a sad update regarding my cousin’s husband, “J.” J was diagnosed with cancer a month or two ago and more testing has revealed that it is now at Stage 3 and the prognosis is less than sunny. He is undergoing daily chemotherapy because it’s *that* bad and my cousin has shaved his head; the nature of his cancer coupled with the intensive chemotherapy means they will not be able, in all likelihood, to have anymore biological children. They are both in their early 20s and do have an adorable infant son. Understandably, my cousin is a wreck and is doing her best to make ends meet and take care of a very ill J. Prayers for his recovery, and my cousin’s mental/emotional/spiritual strength would be greatly appreciated.

Father, hear our prayer for J, his family and his caregivers through Our Lord Jesus Christ. Mother Mary, St. Luke and st. Peregrine, pray for them!
