By the way, Mark-Shea.com subscribers, if you got a somewhat confusing letter from Paladin Innovators, please be aware that it went out without proper vetting.
The basic story is this: Paladin Innovators (the tech wizards behind the videocasts) is giving a full refunds to everybody. It turns out that for complicated bookkeeping reasons that I don’t fully understand, it’s easier to do that than to hold on to your subscriptions and just activate them in September. So everybody who paid for a Premium Subcription will be getting their dough refunded shortly and we hope to see you again in September.
Meanwhile, what I need from you is this: If you got a letter incorrectly identifying you as a Standard Free subscriber when you are actually a Premium subscriber, please email me ASAP so I can notify Paladin and they can get things ironed out and get your $$$ winging back to you with alacrity.
