Give it up for Chris Christie! Not only does he ruthlessly defund Murder Inc., he seems to have that “Go ahead and *don’t* vote for me, I don’t give a crap” attitude at Town Hall meetings and press confabs that warms the cockles of my heart.

He’s still a pol (which is to say, “I don’t trust him”), but he might be pol who I could like while I distrust him.
