Hammad Baily, a Pakistani songwriter, has composed a lament for Shahbaz Bhatti, murdered by savages for opposing the blasphemy laws. A bit of background is here with a pointer to the YouTube clip. Like it says: you don’t need to understand Urdu to me moved and to pray.

In more civilized times, he would have been proclaimed a saint by popular acclamation. Hopefully, somebody will take up his cause soon.
