    Wow, what fascinating story. I had no idea that Black Elk had converted to Catholicism. I've never read Black Elk Speaks, but I'm generally familiar with its nature. How are, if they are, Native American mysticism found there capable of being reconciled with the Faith? I"m not sure that they can be.
