Your precious Mama looks like a sweet, gentle soul. May you have many happy days together.

I realize that I had said things about death with dignity before that were offensive and were part of the culture of death. I apologize to anyone who is caring for someone who is aging or terminal who might have been offended. I understand the true death with dignity that comes from letting nature take its course.

Ah, your mama looks wonderful. God bless her and, to echo Maggie, may you have many years together.

That picture of your mother always gets me close to tears.

I keep thinking about the pope’s statement that there linings of the elderly it’s a great evil in the world today. Your mother is well cared for and surrounded by love, as was mine. How many are not.
