Not a Hume fan myself but he’s right on! Our state legislature has a new bill coming up to notify parents. A minister opposes because not all families are custodial. Planned Parenthood says it poses a safety problem for teens and prevents healthcare. Help me here please. Since when do parents knowledge of their children’s conditions pose a safety concern? If any do then that’s a case for CFS. And when did the invasive taking of a human life become healthcare? Planned Parenthood facilities are notoriously unsafe, unclean and unregulated. We don’t allow minor children to buy alcohol, marry, vote or join the military but they can have an abortion without parental knowledge. There was a lawsuit in Ohio where a soccer coach, after getting his minor age player pregnant took her to PP for an abortion without the parent’s knowledge. I’m so mad, I will do whatever I can in my state to support this bill and stand up to Planned Parenthood’s lies.

Perhaps the weakening of the arguments explains the increasing vociferous attacks. If you can’t win by reason, attack.
