In honor of Mohandas K. Gandhi's 134th birthday, a reminder of his "Seven Social Sins":

Politics without principles

Wealth without work

Pleasure without conscience

Knowledge without character

Commerce without morality

Science without humanity

Worship without sacrifice.

Oddly enough, these same seven points constitute Ralph Reed's strategy for winning the state of Georgia for the Republican Party in the 2004 elections.
