“I will not forget the lessons you have taught me…” – UPDATES

You all know I am not a sentimentalist.

I’m always suspicious of emotionalism and of course, tough-as-nails, right? But I am human! And this video which Kevin Knight put up at New Advent got me all verklempt!

It’s just priests, saying thank you to Pope Benedict. But it’s very moving.

And with this sort of thing, that so few of us even knew about, it’s like, “yeah…thank you for that, too!”

And a video of young people saying thank you, too!

Fresh off of asking whether Online prayer is real, Lisa Hendey creates a spiritual bouquet and space for saying auf wiedersehen, until we meet again!

Anchoress, I was just wondering if you knew this Ms Scalia below that was posted here in a comment @ http://www.patheos.com/blogs/slacktivist/2013/02/26/19-clicks-or-less/

(((Oh, I’m sorry, Ms Scalia, I’ll just go on and forget that Pope Benedict has been busy protecting and succouring a hierarchy devoted to ensuring that anybody who took advantage of young children never actually gets punished.)))

I hear YA! Thanks for the heads UP butt YA should be praying instead of throwing Gas on The Fire sinner vic!

Quess you’re right cause Gas is too expensive NOW!

Thank you for sharing this amazing video. It’s very moving indeed. I’m a bit sad that Pope Benedict XVI will be leaving soon but I know that doing so will also be good for him. I hope all is well for him especially his health and may the Lord continue to bless him. :)
