19. Halal Wings Plus (San Francisco) – A Fusion spot which serves both traditional Burgers and Wings, as well as Pakistani street food items such as the Bun Kabob (Beef Lentil Patty or a Potato Patty) and Paratha (wheat flour dough baked with cooking oil) wraps. The wings are much smaller than most other places because they use all natural and hand-slaughtered halal chickens that do not have hormones. The garlic parmesan flavor wings are great. But the old school “desi bun kabab” is the hidden gem here. Make sure to get it with cooked egg on top of your patty to get the complete taste! Limited seating inside and the neighborhood (Tenderloin) is sketchy, especially at night time.
Hours: 11:30am to 11pm Monday to Thursday. Fridays from 11:30am to 12 midnight. Saturday from 12 noon to 12am. Sunday until 10pm.
