End Child Poverty in the US

I mean, Talkpoverty.org says that “According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the 5.7 million poor families with children would need an average of $11,400 more to live above the poverty line in 2016.” That’s insane.

Literally, end homelessness…

It’s said that “The cost to house one of the over 610,000 homeless people in the United States is estimated at $10,051.” Vox even goes so far as pointing to the fact that it’s literally 3 times cheaper to give housing to the homeless… as opposed to just “leaving them on the streets[3].

Purchase a solar panel for each individual in NYC.

There are approximately 8.5 million people in NYC. Solar Panels are said to cost $12,500 this would equal out to $106.25 billion. And, not to mention, this would in return not just be an investment for mother earth but, it would also be in investment in our overall health; financially reducing the amount individuals spend annually on health care and therefore creating a healthier and more productive city (that already never sleeps)… #capitalism!
