Research Says Roughhousing With Dad Leads to Happier and Healthier Kids, and Here’s Why

My kids LOVE to roughhouse with my husband, Dave.  In fact, all the neighborhood kids do too–indoors, outdoors, on the trampoline, at the neighborhood pool…wherever and whenever.  My kids literally run and go tell all their friends, “Dad’s home!”.  And, lickety split, there are ten kids engaged in a chase-and-tackle game with my husband all around my house.
