Research Says Roughhousing With Dad Leads to Happier and Healthier Kids, and Here’s Why

Sometimes, it drives me crazy with so much commotion and noise coming from the chase and the tackle, but there is undeniable joy on all of their faces whenever the kids roughhouse with Dave.  They LOVE it.  So, I can’t help but love it too.  And, according to science, more kids NEED to be roughhousing with their dads, and here’s why.
