30 Days 30 Authors Challenge

30 Days 30 Authors Challenge July 9, 2017

Hello there everyone!  I’m doing a challenge called #30days30authors.  30 authors have agreed to try to be more active on social media over the course of 30 days.  Part of our challenge involves doing live Facebook videos with a different (not necessarily book-related) subject each day; then some of us are uploading them to YouTube.

I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me until now that you might want to be a part of that — I imagine it’s because I tend to think of this as a place where I keep it strictly to my Pagan writing — but I’m finding that when it comes to writing, Pagan non-fiction and secular fiction aren’t entirely separate.

What I’m going to do in this first post is embed the individual videos I’ve already done (about a week’s worth) and then provide the link to the playlist.  From here on out to the end of the month, I will post the embedded videos as individual posts.

You can follow the rest of my challenge on my Facebook page.

Watch the entire playlist so far!

Day 0 – Introduction

I explain the nature of the challenge and what I am doing over the next 30 days.

Day 1 – My Pets

I introduce my furbabies!

Day 2 – Why I Write

I didn’t find this to be a simple question, but I tell you all about why I write.  It’s a much longer live video than any of the others I’ve done.

Day 3 – My Blog(s)

We were supposed to discuss our blog, but because I have several, I talked about most of them.

Day 4 – My Book

I talked about a book that’s coming out later this month.

Day 5 – My Favourite Book!

I bet that my favourite book of all time will surprise you!  But not content with that, I talked about my favourite series as well.

Day 6 – My Author “Brand”!

I explain a little about what an author’s “brand” is, and tell you a little about mine.

Day 7 – My Town

I take you on a mini tour of my downtown’s main street.
