POLL: Should Twitter let Azealia Banks keep account after saying Sarah Palin should be gang raped? April 11, 2016

A rapper named Azealia Banks, as I wrote earlier, tweeted that my mom should be ganged raped.

She deleted this, but here’s what it said:

“Honestly… Let’s find the biggest burliest blackest negroes and let them run a train on her. Film it and put it on worldstar.”

(Among other horrible tweets which I refuse to repeat.)

Twitter has been telling everyone that it wants to make their area of the internet a safe place.  Here’s what their website says:

“Abusive Behavior. In order to ensure that people feel safe expressing diverse opinions and beliefs, we do not tolerate behavior that crosses the line into abuse, including behavior that harasses, intimidates, or uses fear to silence another user’s voice.

But they did NOTHING to the rapper, which caused me to tell Fox News:

“Twitter’s own words — ‘We believe that protection from abuse and harassment is a vital part of empowering people to freely express themselves on Twitter’,” Bristol told FOX411, quoting the social media site’s policy “I cannot imagine what they would have done if races were reversed. It’s unfortunate that Twitter is not truly colorblind in this situation with regards to Miss Banks and her threats.”

What do you think the social media giant should’ve done about this issue?  I’d love to hear your thoughts below.
