3.  Swimmer Ryan Held absolutely loses it during the national anthem.

When Team USA brought home the medal in the men’s 4x100m swimming relay, Ryan Held, Caeleb Dressel, Nathan Adrian and Michael Phelps climbed up on the podium.  As soon as our national anthem started playing, Held was overcome with emotion… and America melted right alongside him:

“I didn’t think I was going to cry. I was too tired to cry, I didn’t think I could cry.”
