4. The KKK in North Carolina marched in victory of Trump’s win
The day after the elections, a picture began to circulate on the web of KKK members marching in their hoods across a freeway overpass to celebrate the victory of Donald Trump. The picture sent shockwaves through North Carolina as well as the nation when the photo went viral.
But wait a second… those aren’t people in klan robes, that’s people carrying the white Christian flag, the U.S. Flag, and the Gadsden flag. Oops! Overreact much?
Unfortunately, the news that this was a hoax didn’t travel as far or as fast as the “shocking” photo.
