Indiana Nurse Tweets ‘White Women Raise Terrorist, Rapist, Racist, Killer Sons’ and ‘Every One Should Be Sacrificed to the Wolves’

Well, that’s a tweet full of hatred, isn’t it?  And that came from — of all things — a nurse!  The Daily Mail has the details:

An Indiana nurse is under investigation after claiming white women raise sons that tend to be ‘killers, ‘rapists’ and ‘terrorists.’

The woman, who is being identified as Indiana University Health employee Taiyesha Baker according to Fox 59, tweeted about boys being the ‘detriment to society’.

The tweet came from an account named ‘Night Nurse’ which has been linked back to Baker.

“Every white woman raises a detriment to society when they raise a son. Someone with the HIGHEST propensity to be a terrorist, rapist, racist, killer, and domestic violence all star,” she wrote.  “Historically every son you had should be sacrificed to the wolves. B****.”

Can you imagine having her as a nurse?

The Indiana University Health HR department is looking into whether these tweets really did come from one of their nurses. “Our HR department continues to investigate the situation and the authenticity of the posts,” they said in a statement.  “During the investigation, that employee (who does not work at Riley Hospital for Children) will have no access to patient care.”

I should hope not.

These days, race is such a divisive issue — we don’t need that creeping into nurses’ Twitter feeds in such a way that make patients wonder if they are going to get good care.  Especially if it is the accurate belief of this nurse that white children should be “sacrificed.”

What is this world coming to?

People are people.  Life is life.  I hope this woman never is responsible for patient care again.
