Alec Baldwin gives Sarah Palin something you’d never expect

My mom was on the season finale of ABC’s Match Game which is hosted by Alec Baldwin, one of Hollywood’s biggest liberals. You’d think these two political opposites would clash but leave it to my mom to win him over.

Throughout the evening, Baldwin was getting his little jabs in like you’d expect, asking my mom, “I’m simply gonna start by asking you what everyone is dying to know: what the hell are you doing here?” And things like, “Sarah Palin is here because Tina Fey won’t return my phone calls.” But it’s going to take a lot more than that to get under my mom’s skin.

During the game, the celebrity guests are supposed to give answers to fill-in-the-blank questions, and I’m not just saying this because she’s my mom, but she gave the best answer of them all!

This was the set up:

Hillary Clinton just opened up a new magic show on the Las Vegas strip. For her final trick, she makes everyone’s _________ disappear.

Some answers were “Donald Trump,” or “pantsuits,” but here’s what my mom said: “Brains.”

That’s the perfect answer!

Then something happened no one could’ve expected: Alec gave my mom a high-five! Talk about two worlds colliding!
