Quote of the Day
Fr. Joseph Krupp@Joeinblack (September 18, 2023)
Why oh why do people insist that if you don’t agree with them on something, you are evil or hateful or must change?
What the heck is this?
I’m wrong everyday about all kinds of things. Other people are wrong sometimes when they talk to or about me.
This is called life.
My God we need fortitude. We are brittle.Mark Brumley@mabrumley (September 18, 2023)
A science book I’m reading says the laws of physics allow this but not that. That talk seems metaphorical. It seems better to say the natures of this thing and that one are such that this but not that can occur. Is that more or less right? Or is it way off?Patrick K. The most millennial thing my husband has ever done is tell me we should just buy a new printer instead of figuring out what toner and ink go in our current one…. which we haven’t used in six months because it was out of toner and ink.The printer is a year old.
