7 Valentine’s Day Gifts Your Husband Actually Wants

7 Valentine’s Day Gifts Your Husband Actually Wants February 5, 2018

February 14 can come and go without much fanfare for the typical married couple, but don’t miss out on this opportunity to recharge your marriage! I know finding the right gift for your man on Valentine’s Day can be tough, so I’ve put together a list below to help you think of some new, man-approved gift suggestions.

Don’t buy your husband flowers or chocolates. He doesn’t need more Old Spice or another tie. If you want to make his day this Valentine’s Day, give him one of the following gifts…

1. Sex.

Let’s face it, he’d much rather undress you than unwrap anything else! You could just dress up in lingerie and whisper, “Happy Valentine’s Day, Tiger” in his ear and you’ve officially won the day, but we’ve also got another creative and practical way for you to give him his most memorable gift of the year. We have a new book called The Naked Truth About Sex and Marriage which could help you grow closer together both inside and outside the bedroom. Give him that book, tell him that you want to invest in your sex life making it better than ever and that you want to start right NOW. Do it all while wearing lingerie and this will be a Valentine’s Day he will NEVER forget. Trust me.

2. An experience WITH YOU centered around his favorite hobby or team.

If he’s into a certain sports team, plan a weekend trip to go see a game with him and explore the city together. Trust me, he’ll be blown away when he opens that gift! Even if you can’t afford to do it right now, plan it for later in the year, but let him “open it” on Valentine’s Day. He’ll look forward to it for months!

3. Something personalized (but not cheesy).

Men will usually hold onto a gift if it’s practical and personalized. A few years ago, my father-in-law got a small metal tub with “McCray’s Pub” (his last name) etched into it, and he proudly keeps it out on display at all times plus serves ice and drinks out of it every time guests are over.
