I have been relentlessly targeted by Big Media as an inciter of violence ever since I unabashedly called for Americans to take up their pitchforks and torches and take our country back to the vision our Founding Fathers foresaw. But there was nothing but crickets from the same journalists after an Ohio college professor posted a threat to storm the National Rifle Association headquarters and leave “no survivors.”
It’s hard to dignify this anti-gun nut with the term professor, but James Pearce is an adjunct teacher on the campus of Southern State Community College and was the subject of a federal investigation earlier this year after posting the following to Facebook:
Pearce maintains it was all in jest, but the FBI took it quite seriously. As a result of his “humor,” Pearce is no longer on staff at SSCC. And — surprise, surprise — a quick glance at his Facebook profile shows he is a former instructor at least five times over at other colleges. And yet, the mainstream media crickets were deafening. Us pro-gun types and NRA members must be fair game but hands off a liberal professor poisoning the minds of his students.
Consistency isn’t something the media does well… or at all.
