Dallas Police sergeant sues Black LIES Matter – it’s about time #BLM is held accountable 2016-09-19T23:18:49-05:00

A federal lawsuit has been filed against Black Lives Matter and its cohorts by a Dallas police sergeant over the organization’s incitement of violence against cops and encouraging race riots.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Sgt. Demetric Pennie filed the complaint in federal court on Friday. Pennie is a 17-year law enforcement veteran and is president of the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation. It’s the Black LIES Matter movement that brought violence to Dallas this year when at one of its protests, five city officers were gunned down by a black man with grievances towards police officers.

It’s about time a lawsuit like this was leveled at the group as well as the other names mentioned. They include the Rev. Al Sharpton, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, George Soros, Louis Farrakhan, and the New Black Panther Party, all of whom have had a voice in inciting this violent mob of cop-haters. It remains to be seen whether the case will make it to court.

PJ Media’s Rick Moran said it comes down to how the courts utilize the Brandenburg Test where, he explained, “(1) the advocacy is ‘directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action,’ and (2) the advocacy is also ‘likely to incite or produce such action.’ In other words, the state must be able to prove intent to incite violence for criminal activity to have occurred.”

But no matter if the federal courts pick up the lawsuit or not, these are powerful public figures that have tied themselves to the violent mob and that helps the entire country see the association between these Democratic politicians and an extremely racist organization.

I hope this one is successful and brings even more down the road.
