The Deacon's Bench
I got the following email from deacon candidate Mike DeMoully:
Haven’t seen this on your blog yet, but on July 20, 2019, 11 men from Class XVIII were ordained to the Permanent Diaconate by Archbishop Michael Jackels at St. Raphael Cathedral in Dubuque. As a member of Class XX, to be ordained in four years Lord willing, I was privileged to have been invited to this event.
I haven’t been able to find any pictures of this event yet, but The Witness has profiles of the men ordained.
