Tony Perkins said on his radio show last week said that Congress should impeach Justice Kennedy because he has “breached the line of separation between the court, the judicial branch, and the Congress and has taken on the policy role making.” Right. So you’ll also be demanding that the other conservative justices be impeached for overturning the Voting Rights Act, which passed nearly unanimously, right? Yeah, I didn’t think so. It’s only “legislating from the bench” when they disagree with the result.
