is already within you.

Be silent and listen…
What do you hear when you sit in silence?
The voices in your head
or the inspiration in your heart and soul?
Sometimes it’s hard to stop the voices in your head
long enough to hear what is in your heart.
And then to drop beneath the pains and sorrows
of the heart long enough to touch in
to what is Real.
But if you sit still long enough
and remember the Names of God alone,
the place inside you that knows
the meanings of these names
will begin to call back to you,
leading you to the breath of God within you
that contains the knowing of all of God’s Beautiful Names,
and desires to express the many facets of Itself through you,
so that you can know the Essence of the One through yourself,
And know yourself through
the Essence of the One.
