Like a Good Bra or a Good Boob…a Good Friend

An email from someone who loves me very much…

• How are things on the marriage front?
• Name one positive thing that has happened between you and the hubs lately?
• How are the boys treating you?
• How are they doing/growing? 
• Is the semester ending well? (do you have to go to focus weeks)?
• Will you have a busy work summer or a relaxing one? what about the hubs?
• How is your depression?
• What is the work out healthy lifestyle stuff looking like these days?
• You look cute on your blog pics, are you still making the effort to look good toward feeling good ?
• How is your sex life?  (no details please lol)
• What’s God saying to you lately?
• Did you know that I love you?”

Someone who asks great questions, allows you to answer with few words, and lets you know they love you…

…that’s a true friend.

I’m so thankful for true friends, for in-laws who care for my children over the weekend, for a wonderful supervisor…I could go on.  It’s being loved and loving other people that really matters.

Because when we love people we are like a good bra…

Aaaaaaaand while were on the subject of boobs…
