HALLOWE’EN PARTY was tons of fun. Russo, Shamed, Dave Tepper, Kelly Torrance, Megan McArdle a.k.a. Jane Galt, Leslie of Ted Barlow’s fiancee fame (and a brief telephonic interlude with Barlow Himself), and a blogless Erik. The Tepper Report is here. I was a member of the Black Bloc because it was the easiest possible costume–dress all in black, w/fun punker t-shirt (“Why Waltz? When You Can [picture of an M-16] Rock & Roll”), put black thing over face, write up pamphlet to “hand out” (slogan: Ho Ho! Hee Hee! Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Anarchy!”). Russo was a witch. Tepper was an Ugly American. Megan joked that she was “myself at age 19.” Shamed was an overworked and election-frazzled GOP serf.

Anyway, it was a lot of fun, much good conversation and excellent food courtesy of Russo. All Saints’ Day was pretty awesome as well, in its own way, which I will blog about later.
