NEW REPORT: THE FUTURE OF FAMILY LAW:

The Future of Family Law: Law and the Marriage Crisis in North America, a new report released by the Council on Family Law, takes a close look at how two influential legal organizations, the American Law Institute and the Law Commission of Canada, are proposing to answer them.
