Biden in Line with Church’s Stance on Same-Sex Couples

Pope Francis stated in the new documentary, “Francesco”, that, “Homosexuals have a right to be part of the family. They’re children of God and have a right to a family. Nobody should be thrown out, or be made miserable because of [their sexuality].”

His statements align with Biden’s longtime position on the issue, which he endorsed in 2012 before the Supreme Court legalized same-sex marriage in the landmark decision Obergefell v. Hodges.
