Frank, I use Spotify for your two podcasts – Christ is All and The Insurgence Podcast – and I came across a new podcast that has your “Greatest Hits (Timeless Conference Messages by Frank Viola).” These are awesome, and I was wondering if this new podcast was created to share your remarkable messages with friends and introduce them to your ministry?Correct! My team created the channel so it’s easy for people like yourself to find some of my most powerful messages in one place and share them with others who love Jesus and want more of Him. Especially Christians who are not familiar with my spoken ministry.
I’m glad you found the podcast and am happy you asked this question. The new podcast is the best audio introduction to share my work with others. There’s also a new YouTube channel that contains the same messages. Since the content on this Network is exclusive to those who have registered, the new YouTube channel and Spotify podcast are public and can be shared with others. They, of course, don’t contain the same messages on the Network (with a few exceptions). But they are a great introduction to the ministry.
Here are both channels to check out and share with others. Also, it REALLY HELPS if everyone on the Network likes the videos. This will help others find them on Spotify and YouTube. They are both brand new, so few people have seen them yet. Here they are:

Regarding my next book, God willing, it will be a book based on the transcripts of The Insurgence Podcast. I envision two or more volumes.
We just started editing the transcripts and there are over 160 episodes so far. Therefore, the first volume probably won’t release until 2027 or 2028.

Thanks. I’m happy to share some of it since God may use someone(s) on the Network to bring them some of them to fulfillment.
I’ll put them in bullet points. They aren’t in any particular order.
* A Co-Worker. This would be someone who is a true peer. I call this person “my Silas.”
* A Timothy. This would be someone who is extremely gifted, younger (in their 30s), and shows clear evidence of a call to the Lord’s work who desires mentoring. While I’ve mentored many young leaders, I’ve never had a “Timothy.”
* The Ministry Dream Team begins. Explanation and criteria here.
* A Speaking Agent. This would be someone who would secure and handle booking speaking invitations.
* Specific Intercessions. Several people I’ve been lifting up to the Lord for years to come to salvation and/or deliverance.
* An Insurgence Conference. This requires a pastor of a large church to host and partner on it. Details and criteria here.
* A Full-Immersion Conference of 1,000+ People. Details here.
* A Ministers Conference for 100 Active Preachers/Teachers. Details here.

I appreciate Frank’s PDF Rethinking the Spirit from his Titan to supplement Part 17 of the 1 Corinthians in 3D Masterclass. What particularly stood out to me was how all believers today are baptized with the same Spirit baptism that occurred 2,000 years ago, which is amazing. While I agree that water baptism and the laying on of hands should still be practiced with new converts today as part of the “normal” Christian life, I wonder about those who come to Christ “abnormally.” I, for example, came to Christ through reading a book by myself while living among a group of Christians who don’t practice water baptism or the laying on of hands, so I never received either. I still have not had the opportunity to receive these things though I long to, and reading about how “normal” Christians receive the Spirit when they are baptized in water and the witness of Scripture supporting this fact causes me uneasiness. What do you suggest?
You are not alone. Many Christians have had the same experience. Meaning, they believed, but were baptized in water long after (or never), and they never had hands laid on them for the empowerment of the Spirit.
In the New Testament era, all of these things happened at the same time. They were part of conversion-initiation.
Since you haven’t been baptized in water in the name of Jesus, I suggest that you contact another believer in your local assembly and ask them to baptize you in the name of Jesus and then lay hands on you for the empowerment of the Spirit. I’d recommend that you both first read Rethinking Water Baptism so you both are fully aware of what you’re doing.
If you aren’t part of a believing assembly, find some Christians in your area and follow the same path. If you’re not in Christian fellowship, it’s critical that you find believers in your town to connect with.
