Whatever Happened to the NINES?

If you follow mainstream Christianity, you undoubtedly have heard about the Internet conference called the Nines.

Leadership Network kindly invited me to speak at the Nines in 2012, but the invitation came at a bad time. I was overwhelmed with a pending writing deadline and I was traveling and speaking at other events.

So I wasn’t able to accept the invitation.

I heard that Sweet also declined it the same year.

After that, I’ve never heard about the NINES. I wonder if it folded.

I’m not one for Internet conferences. I prefer live events.

This year, I will be speaking at SCRIBE (for authors – aspiring and actual) and MinistryMind (for those in ministry).

And of course, the annual Deeper Christian Life Conference.
