Forget Kaepernick: Hillary laughed when “under God” was left out of the pledge

If you listen closely around the :10 second mark, it sounds like somebody from the crowd made up for the on-the-spot edit and shouted, “Under God,” to try and jostle Angulo’s memory. But it seems clear that she had no intentions of uttering the Lord’s name and almost did only out of habit.

What was truly lacking was good old fashioned American patriotism, where love of God and love of country are paramount. Sadly, that’s become very rare these days.

And there’s nothing funny about that.
