Comedian Al Franken has finally been seated as the Senator from the wild, eccentric, and eccentric-loving state of Minnesota, having won the election by 312 votes out of 2.4 million cast. The lessons are that every vote counts and that we must stop thinking of Minnesota in Garrison Keillor terms.
