Cranach’s new look

Cranach’s new look

Most of us Cranachers are like Garth on “Wayne’s World”: We fear change. But I hope you like this new look. Stewart Lundy–he of the Fujimura interview, my tech guru, and a former student–offered to redesign the site in the course of some other work he is doing professionally. He can work wonders for you too. Go to Bulldog Technology. So how do you like this new design? The reconstruction is not yet complete, so we would appreciate your feedback and suggestions.

UPDATE: So many comments on this! Thanks for caring so much. We really appreciate the feedback and the ideas. Here are the changes Stewart made just today:

I’ve added the navigation bit above the post titles.

I’ve added the search capability.

I’ve also removed comment-nesting.

I’ve also made it so all comments appear on a single page for each post.

Notice too that you can also “share” a post with all your friends. I always thought that meant letting other kids play with your toys, but I find that it has a host of other meanings in the realms of therapy and religion. So use that feature frequently, and thanks for sharing.

Stay tuned. . . .
