I was privileged to be a part of a very helpful (and hilarious) chat with Robert Vore and Sarah Simmons from the #churchmh team, plus Kate Pieper, LMFT.

If you struggle with the church’s role and response to those with mental health issues, this chat is definitely for you!

In the words of Robert Vore:

I believe the church should be leading the way on mental health. The church should be an example of how to have open & honest conversations about the things that we’re struggling with, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.

We should be talking more when we’re hurting, and listening more when others are.

The #churchmh team hosts a Twitter chat every Tuesday night at 9pm EST. Join us!
