Pretty Good!!

As stated in the previous article I’m sharing some narratives about a woman, a mother, and a well-respected regional leader. She had national influence, and certainly now has global prowess.

The second story connects the continuing work of some of her children and her ability to flow across the threshold. She moved from smaller groups at the table to larger crowds.

She already has a well-ordered vocation within and without the home, a life as an educator, as a formal hostess of regal events. Yet she begins to take on greater leadership responsibilities in society.

This is not because there are supermen in her life, particularly a couple noted older children who launched into their own initiatives outside the family. She was not given world wide acclaim or some type of promotion based on them, and neither were their noteworthy accomplishments based on hers.

All that said, and in the light of the fact that I’m attempting to offer honor (not cross-analyze their work or my particular vernacular to the point of changing everything later) I will proceed.

As stated, those who worked outside learned much from her.

She was the overseer of small groups of 5-8, maybe even up to 15 and beyond, depending on those who assisted her with her day-to-day vocational pursuits.

What is interesting for her era, is she began working with people groups of up to 200-300 on a more regular basis (in real-time, in person) giving talks.

Pretty good!!

This is recorded in the sands of time and will never be forgotten.

Once again, this is interesting for her era, specially since the older two had become part of an extended initiative. They held different offices. They had slightly different forms of educational training than her.

You’ll eventually see if you’re ever able to explore her story. She is quite capable of connecting with people on her turf, and it’s not just sifting sand either.
