FYI on the way EE works: You can choose to be a retail or a wholesale customer, doesn’t matter whether you are or are not part of an official organization, etc. The difference is that a retail account is charged retail prices but has a lower threshold for free shipping, and wholesale accounts get the lower wholesale ordering prices, but you have to make a much larger order to get the shipping break. So set up your account based on how much you plan to order.
The very cool thing: They are very well set-up for fundraisers, but there’s nothing weird or complicated about it. You just order your wholesale things to sell, sell them, and keep the proceeds. Totally up to you what you charge and how you organize the event. You could give out order forms and have everyone pre-order and turn in their checks, or you could buy a box of mini’s, put it on the secretary’s desk, and put out a jar for people to drop their change in when they grab one.
