King Jesus at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk

My friend Dan Kimball included me in a letter to some friends yesterday, and this is what he said at the bottom of the letter:

I am up at 6:24 AM right now, not because I am an early riser, but because I couldn’t sleep. Picked up Scot’s new book (yes, he has a brand new one “The King Jesus Gospel”) and couldn’t stop reading it for 4.5 hours. So now I have to try and sleep as I am taking the girls to the Boardwalk and it will not be too fun there without sleep. But I blame Scot for this book that I could not stop reading. It is not a book that puts you to sleep but makes you intensely think, but is very easy to read (I mean that in a good way, because of the content).

So now what do I do? How can I ride roller coasters and all those spinning things the girls will want to be on today and haven’t slept yet? I will yell out “Scot” every time I go over a dip in the roller coaster and my head hurts from not sleeping.
