Rochester College Lectures (press release) 2011-01-27T18:48:21-06:00

This is the press release from Rochester College about the lectures I will be giving with Miroslav Volf.

Streaming: Biblical Conversations from the Missional Frontier (May 16-18)

Over the last two decades, Rochester College (in Metro Detroit) has hosted compelling conferences bringing together the best of the evangelical and mainline worlds for a conference on the intersection of theology and life in the church. With past presenters such as Fred Craddock, Barbara Brown Taylor, and Stanley Hauerwas—Rochester College has placed itself in the middle of the pressing conversations that the church faces as it tries to continue to embody the gospel narrative in the pluralistic contexts we find ourselves in. This conference is for ministers, seminary students, practical theologians, lay leaders and anyone else interested in being a part of a conversation (http://www.rc.edu/pages/streaming/) with two of the most important voices in theology today: Scot McKnight and Miroslav Volf. Besides N.T. Wright, one would be hard pressed to find two writers and practitioners who are influencing the vital conversations happening in our churches and seminaries.

Current director, Mark Love, has put together a three day event that will bless your work and service. You can register for the event @https://www.jopaproductions.com/civicrm/event/register?id=37&reset=1.
