Risotto! Risotto!

Some of you may know I like to cook, and my favorite dish is risotto. For a few years I’ve been using a nice pan but it was wearing out. Very kindly, Lukas and Annika (probably mostly Annika) bought me a Mario Batali Risotto Cookware and I’ve now made my first pot of risotto in the new cast iron cookware. Awesome because of its uniform heat. I made it with some porcini mushroom, saffron flavoring, light chicken stock, and a few diced tomatoes at the end as garnish.
