This is a guy is wearing troubador pants, a giant maroon hankerchief, and a belt that doesn’t fit. (I snagged this image, by the way, here.) I’m not sure what else he is doing. My guess is that he’s trying to impress someone in a tree with a story he’s telling about how he once caught a fish this big.
