A new poll says people, today, are at the peak of their lives at 33 years of age. That is, the optimum time of life when human beings have their most motivation and energy to accomplish their goals is when they are 33 years old. This poll of 2,000 adults was commissioned by reputable Bupa Health Clinics, which is a division of an international healthcare company centered in London, UK.
That is interesting to me since the Bible says, “Jesus was about thirty years old when he began his work” as an itinerant preacher (Luke 3.23 NRSV). Conservative scholars generally agree that Jesus’ ministry lasted about three years until his death. That would put him at 33 years of age, which is the prime of life according to the Bupa survey. Did God know this and thus orchestrated Jesus’ life so that he died right at the peak of life?
