Manhattan Grand Jury Indicts Donald Trump

Manhattan Grand Jury Indicts Donald Trump March 30, 2023

Former President Donald Trump

A Manhattan grand jury just indicted former U.S. President Donald J. Trump this afternoon. It is the first time in the history of the United States of America that a former president has been indicted by its court system. He will be arrested and arraigned next week, and then the charges against will be announced. Afterwards, he will face trial in a case involving the alleged coverup of a political campaign finance violation involving paying off a porn star in which married man Trump supposedly had sex with in 2006. Had her story come out right before the 2016 presidential election, as she was about to do if he didn’t pay her the agreed $130,000, IMO there is no way Trump would have been elected president. So, although this case is not as serious as others Trump is involved in, when you consider this aspect, it really is pretty major.

This is just the first of several possible trials the ex-president may be undergoing. The more serious investigations are two that are federal: (1) Trump’s alleged insurrection during his presidency to stop the electoral count, resulting in a Capitol riot on January 6th, 2020, and (2) Trump’s taking of classified government documents and possible obstruction of justice in that case. Then there also is the investigation in the State of Georgia about Trump’s meddling in its electoral process. And there also is a defamation of character and rape charge case against him in New York City. As time marches on, the U.S. court system that has been investigating Donald Trump for quite some time for alleged wrongdoing appears to be racheting up.

I started blogging about Donald Trump soon after he announced his campaign for the presidency, in the summer of 2015. From then until he exited the White House, in January, 2021, I blogged about 350 posts about him. You could say I was obsessed about it. I believed right away that he did not believe in democracy, he acted somewhat like a Mafia mobster, and he was the biggest liar I had ever heard. I believed strongly he would not Make American Great Again but bring America down. Why? Because of the Bible. I kept quoting its wisdom literature and gospel sayings of Jesus and applying them to Donald Trump, such as, “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16.18). And I often quoted Jesus’ most repeated saying in the New Testament gospels, “The first shall be last, and the last shall be first.”

I then collected 200 of these approximately one+-page posts and made a book out of them, with introductory and closing chapters, entitled Bible Predicts Trump Fall. The book begins with two pages of excerpts from my blog which represent posts in the book. Here is the first one: “‘I think Donald Trump is a big bag of hot air ready to blow up like the Hindenburg blimp if he becomes U.S. president.’–May 20, 2016.” Here is the fourth one: “‘I think Trumpgate will make Watergate look like a Sunday school picnic.’–July 21, 2018.” Why did I say all of this? Because I hated Donald Trump? No! Because I believed God, whose word is in the Bible. And it says if you do like Donald Trump did, in time justice will catch up to you so that you will pay the consequences of your wrongdoing. Some call it karma. I call it justice.

I said soon after Donald Trump threw his hat in the political ring that he was making a big mistake because of the person he had proved himself to be throughout his business career. He did it by saying he was going to build a wall. Now it appears that the walls of justice are closing in on the ex-U.S. president.
