They Just Want a Conversation

So a friend of mine goes to the website of the latest Gay Brownshirt Public Intimidation Project here in Washington. (I don’t get out much during the day and so had not heard of this petition, much less had a chance to sign. But I would, just for the honor of getting my name on the Gay Brownshirts’ List of People to Bully, Intimidate and Threaten. I wonder if you can do it online….)

Anyway, my friend goes to the Brownshirt website. She writes:

I went to the website of the people “outing” the petition signers and there’s only a contact for media inquiries. No way to have a conversation. And given what we’ve seen in California it certainly seems, well, like a lie.

It is enough to make this Yankee search out a petition to sign even though it wouldn’t look good at work. Don’t tell me what I can and cannot vote on, harrumph!
