Prayer Requests

A reader writes:

So this morning I see that my daughter has posted on Facebook that last night there were burglars in her flat!! She woke up to see a strange man over her bed and when she woke up he fled. That’s a very hard thing to hear when you are half a world away. I have to be grateful that she is safe, please up the prayers that she remains safe and if you could keep praying for her safety until December when she returns I’d be very grateful.

Saint Michael, pray for us.

Father, hear our prayer that she be kept safe by the protection of your holy angels and that she call on your Name. Mother Mary and St. Michael, pray for her. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Another reader writes:

Our daughter-in-law is expecting a baby around March 1, 2013. There is a history of Spina Bifida in her family and the mom-to-be also has an underlying medical condition. I would appreciate it if you and your readers would pray that the baby currently growing in her womb is, and will be, healthy — although she and our son will accept whatever gift God chooses to grant them. I’ve been praying to Our Lady and Saint Ann about this, myself.

Father, hear our prayer through your Son Jesus Christ. Mother Mary, St. Ann, and St. Luke, pray for this woman and her child, for their caregivers, and for all who love them.
